SHIPPING

Currently, the shipping is only possible in Yerevan, but soon we’ll have it in the regions of Armenia. Additional information referring to it would be provided.
The shipping is free in case the total price of the order surpasses 10.000 AMD. Otherwise the price for shipping would be 1000 AMD. You should check the number and appearance of the product and then sign the receipt in the form of delivery. If the product is bought on credit at the moment of delivery, the product is delivered directly to the customer. In such case a passport or other ID document may be required. In case of credit, a reference from workplace could be additionally required. For legal entities an invoice will be provided which must be signed or confirmed electronically. The deliveryman is authorized to withdraw the product, if the recipient does not comply with any of the above mentioned conditions or has not paid for the order.


RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Any product brought from Arsiel.am can be returned or replaced within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase.
Before the return, please, get acquainted with the terms and conditions of the return. The return procedure consists of 3 steps:
1. Fill in the application,
2. Bring the product to the service centre,
3. Get the refund.
During the return procedure you should provide the following documents:
1. Passsport or ID card
2. CRM receipt (in case of electronic payment, hard copy of the notification)
3. Application
Conditions of return are different depending on causes of the return.
a) If you simply want to return the product.
In case of returning the product without any reason the package of the must not be damaged or opened. You cannot return the product if it has been used or damaged after shipping. If any of the conditions is not violated you can return the product within 7 days since registration. That is why, please open the item in presence of the deliveryman.
b) If the product does not correspond the description or is damaged.
In case of inconsistency with the description, you should call the service centre 010 64-82-44 within 1 business day and tell about the problem. As you wish, the product can be replaced with the product of the same trademark or some other product with the same functional characteristics. Nevertheless, if you want to return the product, feel free to do it within 14 days since the registration of the order.
c) If the product has guarantee service term.
The return or replacement of the product with guarantee term is carried out in the service centers mentioned in the receipt during the whole period of guarantee term. The conditions for return and replacement of the products with guarantee term are thoroughly described in the guarantee check.
In case of a any faults concerning the quality of the product , please, don't hesitate to call the phone number mentioned in the same check. The product is liable to free guarantee service if only the cashier's check, postmark and warranty card are preserved.
After the registration of the return query the refund would be given by cash or through your electronic wallet at the moment of accepting the query or within 10 days.
ATTENTION: In case of return of the product, the sum for shipping is not refunded. If the shipping has been carried out free of charge due to the campaign on the web site, the shipping price would be charged from the refund according to the shipping pricelist presented on the site.
